BLACK BAG will provide weekly coaching to your internal Talent Attraction
advocate to deal with compliance issues and general Q&A for a period of 10
weeks.

Officer, working with senior management to put your talent attraction process through its paces for the first time. Your Chief Talent Officer will become: a central talent tracking system; brand impresario; tour guide; tough as nails negotiator; salary and performance review maker happener; talent scout; interview process traffic cop;
and standard monitor. The Chief Talent Officer will be at your boardroom table at all senior management meetings moving forward. Reporting the news, reporting on the market, feedback from the street, maybe even new business leads. They talk to a lot of people.
